Discounts

The following discounts will be applied to your registration fee, based on the total number of days you register for:

3 to 8	10%
9 to 14	15%
15 or more	20%

We ask that no more than 10 people from an organization register for the workshop. This is to ensure that as many organizations as possible are able to attend and to make sure that a single organization doesn't dominate the workshop.

Full-time students and approved non-profit organizations may receive an additional 25% discount (applied to total, after any group discounts). To request this discount, please call us at (916) 941-9244, rather than registering via the Web. Students must provide a copy of their student ID.

Location

The event will be held in The Depot Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, which is located at 225 South 3rd Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota, just two blocks from the Mississippi River and about six blocks from Downtown Minneapolis.

Lodging

We have reserved a block of rooms at The Depot Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel for your convenience. Reservations can be made online or by calling (612) 375-1700 and asking for the Perceptual Edge block. The group rate is $169 per night, plus taxes and fees, for a standard King or two Queen beds. Space is limited, so if you'd like to stay at the hotel, we recommend you book your guest room when you register for the workshop.

Food

Lunch will be provided each day along with morning and afternoon refreshments.

What to Bring

You won't need anything special during the courses, including a computer.

Time

Each course is scheduled from 9am to 5pm with a one hour break for lunch. Registration check-in will begin at 8:30am every day.

Materials

When you check in you will be given a badge and an information packet which will contain materials for all of the courses for which you've registered.
